Last month I booked ticket for General service, once of the technician called me and said this is technical engineer from IFB,and he asked any part required to replace or any powder require...I said no need any part Just we need General service,then he said Ok we will call you back.I didn't get call and service also..its means if we take any part then only you(IFB) will come to service.otherwise no respond...Just I need clarification please.
