"Jonathon" called a Childcare facility claiming to be a customer service rep from a local utility. Informed the recipient a truck had been dispatched to turn off service due to account in arrears. Recipient asked how to delay this action, and was instructed to go to a satellite payment center and pay minimum of $861 of $998 delinquent account to forgo service disruption. Amounts didn't make sense... utilities routinely in the several thousands per month. Did not pay, and no truck ever showed up.
