They said they were Telstra technical support and that our account was going to be cancelled and they wanted me to get in front of a computer to prove it, I knew we werent having our account cancelled and so I took a call back number, the 1800 number and called Telstra scam line straight back. Telstra found that the number had nothing to do with their company, so I had all international calls barred.
It is a scam!
