I was getting calls from a scammer so I called Chase headquarters in New York. A l Chase employee from the customer service department gave me the number "24273" and told me the next time the spammer called me to enter this number and it would block them from calling me again. It is not a scam number as I called Chase as listed in a phone book with an address in New York.

Caller: I initiated the call to Chase Headquaters in New York to report a scammer.

These are valid notifications from Chase about my account. I do NOT want this number on the black list. It texts me when a transaction happens on my Credit Card. I need these alert messages!!

This text number is legitimate. Please remove from "community block list". Because of this being listed as spam an important financial transfer was aborted.

This is a legitimate service that should not be blocked. Allowing anonymous reports that it is spam is totally wrong and will prevent me from using this app. If someone gets a text from Chase, yet does not call chase to make it stop, should be blacklisted from posting spam numbers & texts.

These are valid text messages showing payments posted, balance transactions for high ticket items and fraud prevention.

Chase Bank balnce alert for bank account of last guy that owned my Cell #. Sends auto Alert SMS using up my SMS-No way to stop or disable bcz I do not own that bank account.
