Not a scam. They knew details about my account that a scammer wouldn't know.

does not seem like a scam! Seems like Legit Telus/Personiv caller. Though they don't do a good job at instilling confidence.
They wanted my phone number I gave them it I even gave them my four digits pin to them and now they wanted my account info I don't remember it plus I can't login anyways when I call Koodo customer service they can't find my number but people can call me I can call out I'm a pre paid customer
