They called my number but I wasn't available so when I called the number back, all I got was a long techno beat that continuously played until I hung up.

tried to get my personal information to give me an insurance quote. they said i applied online for a quote but i have not online nor in person in years. they wouldnt take no for an answer. they were very pushy. so i hung up.
