That is so freaking true!!!

Got a call from them saying i got a law suit!!! So i just hung up called my lawyer and searched the number on google, and guys its some Indian company trying to collect cash from us don't fall for it they will say we will execute the case and give you all the information about you past and present address, employer , social's and bank account number. I wanted to know more as my lawyer said you got nothing to worry about, so i called them and every info about me was correct so i told them yes i did take some loans in the past and i might have missed something, so they told me to pay an amount of $1095 and well they even said ill get a receipt and I hung up on them. Guys you may receive a receipt but it will be a fake and if you report them I would like to ask you guys one question. Did you check with the company about this loan? Or did you report this to the cops? well i know no one wants to go to jail but c'mon guys if u pay them without reporting or confirming about you loan how can you guys press charges againt them? So dont fall for such scams!
