Had same thing except the number that came up on my phone was 232 216 38716 which is too many digits and that is when I got suspicious.
Received an automated phone call saying my packet had arrived. The message instructed that I call and provide the code "5526" to get the packet. They claim to be "Canada Delivery Express". If you call the number, you are not asked for personal information. THIS IS S SCAM. They are trying to steal your personal information. Don't fall for it.
