Predatory collection agent that threatens people

calls late at night and never stops even after being asked too.

I started receiving this call on May 4th, 2012. They were placed at 2:17pm, 3:36pm, 4:17pm, 4:55pm, 6:32pm, 6:57pm.
May 5th, 2012 at 10:36am.
May 9th, 2012 at 8:30pm, with a private number placed 22 minutes prior at 8:08pm.
May 10th, 2012 there was a couple of occurrences. At 12:04am a call was placed by (949) 645-7701 (I never receive calls this late due to the hours of my job. Then the 000-000-0000 was placed once again at 8:50pm, following a call from a "friend" 12 minutes later at 9:02pm. This person has only ever text, never called.
I have been under the impression that a certain person has been trying to reach me through any secretive means necessary, while playing our mutual friends and family as his puppets. My roommate has also been receiving this calls. Hopefully We are both wrong with our suspicions.
Can anyone help find out who is placing these calls? I would appreciate it.

Made caller ID show as 000-000-0000. They can still go to hell.

This person keeps calling and is pissing me off

repeated calls over span of the several days. If answer no response and caller hangs up. If call unanswered, never a V/M. ID on caller when call recd is 000-000-0000.
