This number is a spoofing number that has been known to have been used by Verizon, Professional Recovery Services (PRS), and other business entities. If you have caller ID, please file a complaint with the FCC (telemarketing calls) or the FTC (debt collection calls) if you receive a call from a telemarketer or a debt collection agency that has used a spoofing number instead of revealing its company's active telephone number.

Hi I got calls from 000-000-0000 about once a week.All i ever thought of it was it was a prank call because all it did was go '*beep* Bye.' and then it would hang up.But then as i thought of it could be a scam and there message cut off or somthing like that.
For you I'd say get a new phone, or change your number, or simply just block them, and to do that just search it in google.
