Obviously an invalid telephone number.
Have been calling our business line 2 to 4 times daily for the last couple of months.
We usually do not answer, but if we do, no one is on the other end (unless they wait much longer than a normal scam telemarketer.
Why can't our communications companies block calls like this? Anyone or anything calling from a number of all zeroes is almost certainly a scam.

this is a number that will show up when a caller uses some voip systems and does not configure it correctly it can come from many different sources

i get a private call every minute its rediculous and when i pick up i hear a television in the backround and but no one answers me when i talk i hate this ! please help me make them stop calling or find out where the call is coming from its drving me mad!

Phone still rung a short ring for a half second.

caller id states, "Name not found" , I didn't answer the phone as this seems to be a sketchy caller with this id, they don't leave a message on the answering maching. they call at least every other day. I don't know what call type this is, but I am guessing it is some sort of telemarketer.

I keep getting this call twice a day. i answer it once and told them to remove me from their call list.
They still calling me. There has been reports that this is a scam.

You get a recorded message saying it is your captain calling along with a ships horn sounding.

they have called me too and i really cant understand them at all theyve said that if i dont pay them they will take action and i owe almost 800 dollars from a check cashing place and ive never received anything from them at all
