Calling my cellphone. I answered the first time, not since. They just hang up when I answered so now I just let it ring through to voicemail

3 times in three days! I never answer the 0's display but they got me for the first time on my cell and I answered. The same as Taryn... survey guised as cruise tickets.

I'm already on the national 'no call' list but the small print says some surveys are exempt... Would love info how to rid these #$%&'s

000-000-0000 called 10-9-2008 at 8:pm did not leave message . i am tired of all of thses calls and surveys, extended warranty calls . i am on the dncr . please someone stop these calls. the phone company and police dept. can't stop them.

NO ONE ANSWERS AND I HAVE RECEIVED 0VER 20 OF THESE CALLS IN THE PAST 3 DAYS. TODAY THEY HAVE CHANGE THE 1ST 3 DIGITS TO 970

Just had another call from 000-000-0000 - one of several in the past few days. I answered, the guy said "Hello .. this is Brad (not sure what he said really, wasn't really expecting a person) with Senator Chet Edwards campaign - is this the Smith residence?"

I said "Yes. Can you please tell me why your caller ID data comes up as 000-000-0000?"

He hung up, lol.

I wondered what fool would use a "null" number -- and I finally was just too curious. It turns out to be BLOCKBUSTER's automatic reminder service that calls to let customers know that they must return their DVDs in a few days to avoid owning them.

Shame on Blockbuster and AT&T.

BTW, I've verified that the 000-000-0000 number IS coming from Blockbuster.

this is your captian speaking" the message said to me. i was called and recieved a message saying i would recieve 2 free passes on a cruise if i just took their 10 question survey that consisted of info about my family's diabetic history, our way of paying for groceries, time share crap and loads more. i never fall for this crap but i thought what the heck i'll hummor myself. whatever these people suck. they call during a dinner hour and i usually dont answer for these telemarketers but it was a number from our area code. i think these scams should be illeagal
