I have received a few intermittent calls of 0002 Security Screen info. They are from a friend of over 30 years. Sometimes I get his regular number and sometimes the 0002 number. He tells me he has had trouble calling me without dialing a 1 first even though local. He is always entering get rich quick schemes and has been catfished a few times. This could be a “phishing” scam of some sort. He has a Cricket phone also, with the cheapest plan available, available for sure.
