I received this on a 501c (3) business line and on private cell phone. On both calls a computerized voice said "Sorry wrong number" and then the call was disconnected.

Called my business cell. I did not answer and they immediately called again. No message was left.

didn't say anything they just hung up after i answered the phone and said my business greeting, hope these people get raped to death by wild animals.

"paypal" called me from this number to confirm my S.S.N & credit card info because some fraud was going on. They knew my name & last name.
The funny thing is i do NOT own a paypal account.

Called and left no message. It should be illegal to use fake numbers. All calls should be identified.
