Weird recorded message, voice is faint, a male with a foreign accent with something about General Motors. The caller has called almost every minute for the past 24 hours both our home phone & our 2 cell numbers. We were forced to unplugged the home phone & change our cell numbers. Reported to our home phone & cell phone carriers as well as the local police department. Seems there is nothing that can be done, blocking does not work. Extremely harrassing!

This number called my work (!) and asked for me by name. When I said "Yes, this is me," he said Hello _____, and hung up. Slight foreign accent. I agree with the others - we should be able to track these jerks and make them stop.

Recieved a call on my cell phone on 2-4-11 at 8:13pm and on 2-5-11 at 8:25pm from the above number. the caller sounded like a kid and it was a prank call with him talking all kinds of B S.

This number called my cell and the indian guy said that I had applied for a loan and I stated no I had not and do not call me again. Also that this number is listed on the Do NOt Call Registery

Saw this number on my call display twice but I was not available to pick up the call.
First voice mail message sounded like an echoey cave with water dripping - nothing else for about a minute... then hung up.
Second voice mail message - a guy said 'oh fuck' then hung up. None of my friends would talk to me like this so I know this is an undesirable person calling me. Kind of scary!

Guy with a very heavy Indian accent told me he was calling me from New York (um, whatever....) and that I had filled out a ballot and - at that point I told him he must have the wrong number, but thanks for the phone call. I hung up, and less than 30 seconds later my phone rang again with the same number - I didn't answer it this time. Who are these people????

"Mike" had a heavy Indian accent and was offering a 40% discount on printer cartridges. I suppose he would have loved to have my credit card information but I told him never to call back.

hmmm. seems "Mike" has several jobs. I just recieved a call from " Mike" with the strong accent as well, wanting me to post an add on his web site for a vacation rental that we own. I just kept asking him a lot of questions like where he was from, why he was calling me, where did he get my number, what time is it where he was calling, etc.. he got frustrated but kept on trying to convince me to buy an add from him. Glad I hung up on him. had another call 1 minute later, same accent just stronger trying to solicit the same thing. I asked the same questions, only this time this guy got all flutertered when I asked him to repeat the last line he just read. It's all scripted out for these loosers. Beware of accents!

Not necessarily bad. I lost my cell phone, used Skype to call myself and this number showed up!! Since I can't spam myself, I think I just proved that this number can be a wanted call. Or not. It just means a SKYPE user us calling you. Can be anyone.

This number appeared on my cell phone. It looked suspicious so I didn't answer it. No message was left when it went over to voice mail.

is harrassing me , when I looked it up it said it was a skype call but there is no way to contact skype to see who is calling.
I think if this is going to happen then skype needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
