Indian scam

calls and calls.. the number shows up on my phone without an area code. just 787-6009. If anyone has sprint. You can go to sprint.com and login to your account and block numbers. Glad I found this site. Showed me the true prefix so I could block this number.

This number been calling me 20 times n they told me it was a payday loan. n wanted me account number n SSN.

Same problem here. I have owned the number they are calling for 13+ years! I can't even understand who they are looking for but I know it isn't me. I have received 7 calls today so far by noon and 8 yesterday! I tlel them to remove me and stop but it hasn't worked so far.

Only tried to answer calls from this number once and wouldn't you know it, all there was was dead silence on the other end for about ten seconds and then a single "beep" and the line went dead.

Calls from this number started coming in May 11, 2012 and I have been getting several (4 and 5) calls a day. I've entered the number in my personal block list so am not bothered by it any more but DAMN! they are persistent...
