Got a call from this no offering me a debit order on my revolving credit ,

i keep getting calls from this number,but when i reply no one's talking or it goes straight to voice mali

I keep getting calls from these numbers and when i call back th number is engaged or my calls get rejected or something and they call at th same time regularly. I answer and the person doesn't speak and they just hang up.

Professed to represent my bank! Whatever!
