My cell phone is getting spammed iwth 20 to 30 messages every day from this address. What can be done to stop it?

They sent me messages about Obama giving college grants and windows hotmail. so far thats been it i'm just hoping they don't start calling and sending pictures and links and stuff. I can deal with a few messages per day.

I also recieved texts from 101 010 0003 of the same description

periodically sends text message and all it says is "hey". Don't know where it comes from or who it is.

claims to be closing a credit card account (Eppi Card Account) due to suspicious activity (we do not have such a credit card) also texts come from 101-010-0001; 101-010-0002; 101-010-0003
