I just mad a "connection" with a very cute girl on match.com. Wanted my name and phone number because they were not a member. After a few fishy email and texts from this number, I asked for her number. She said she didn't have a phone. Everyone has a phone. After I said my best friend works for the US government internet tracking task force (which I made up) and said your IP address is not from the USA. I said come clean because you are being tracked right this second, she/he said good bye, and good luck to me. All they have is a gmail account and my cell number. Should I contact my AT&T and google? or did they really not get enough info. My real name is attached to my email address.

Check the IP address from the emails to find the location of the computer being used. Chances are, many different computers are being used to further hide the scammer's location. Often use public WIFI locations...libraries, coffee shops, etc. When you find location, notify the area's police. Can't catch these scammers without reporting them!!

OMG., BEWARE...He's Good...and that coming from me, a certified fraud expert..(google Institute of fraud and risk management...my credential are CITRMS. I met this person at the match.com site. He claims to live in Radio City NY, just 2 months from leaving his $15Mil home in San Diego why...for a business transaction (asked him why leave CA?). When he emailed a pic of him in front of his BMW, made a big point that he is proud of his cars, it has his name...Samuel...on the plate BUT a Maryland plate, NOT NY. He's a little sloppy. When He speaks (he calls very late at night and early in the morning (I've only gotten 7 hours of sleep in the last 4 days due to this, trying to get more info out of him), it sounds like a garbled mixture of 4 accents...German, South African, Mexican/Southern American and something else... states he was born in Brittain, raised in Berlin. Lived in San Diego until 2 months. Has a child named Cindy Who is 7 and lives in Canada w/ her mother, who supposedly really HURT him..I'd like to HURT him!!
inheirited the family business, as an only child, the bogus website is preciouspeb.com. His family cames from a long line of metal and stone mining, (South African in his fake accent). Promised love, honesty and a wonderful life...that I must just TRUST in God and my heart. immediately after the 4 hr conversation (all about him), I called Match and they said this type of intense communication can be normal and alot of long term healthy relationships started that way...But next, I detected too, too many secrets and gut instincts. so I decided to figure this guy out to see how far I could go...I am a certified identity theft fraud risk manager and have a business as such. Most people wouldn't have went this far and backed away, so I just kept playing along. I allowed him to see my credentials...didn't seem to matter. He was invisible...until I found this site. His match screen name is/was pureheaven00.

I also had encounter with him...by the name of David Jesse Sears, with a photo of a normal looking guy, but looked like the greatest guy in the world! He LOVES the game and he is good at it, but, like you said, a little sloppy. (I think arrogance, because he is so good at it and has done it for a long time.) He said he was in Ghana on business and I verified the IP address as so....but four IP's later and looking these up, found each computer were owned by the same fellow, Michael Komla Nfodzo and is known in Ghana as an internet scammer and runs a scamming ring! The last email, he was in Germany and 2 more IP's confirmed that as true. He is charming and knows english, spelling and grammar very well. Spoke to him only once at the end of our conversations....very thick accent and his voice/energy totally creeped me out. I know a lot of people with accents, but could not put a finger on his....thought maybe Israeli. I am thankful he is not around my area of the world!! If you search further, you will find many names ad emails he has used, including female. He knew I was checking into every avenue for two months of conversation and he NEVER waivered from his "story". The names I found were Paul Wilson, Glen Bauer, Richard Jones, Chris Jangle, dancewithme58, Ted Hammock, Richard Goode, Richard Lusk, Lewis alexander, Nana Sekyere, Don Thompson, Distin Bill, jameslove_n50, Faaris Asmah, James Newman, Evonn Zimmerma, Janaki Riveria, Larry Smith, Greg Michael, morganleann97, Jasmin0yhket, Antonio Lopez, Mario Lopez, Casey anthony, honest.queen01, Emmanual Freeman, Marcel Mensah

I am wondering how old this person is? He sounds familiar to a situation I am in now. He has a Michigan phone number and is now supposedly in Ghana conducting business. Also a very strange accent.

This is a Yahoo IM number from a dating site contact and scammer. At least 4 email IP addresses cam from 4 different computers, but owned by the same person......Michael Komla Nofdzo, a known internet scammer and runs a scamming ring. They work sites like, eBay, craig'slist, job listings, dating sites, etc. They may "cold call" numbers randomly. Don't answer and call authoritites.
