(112) 345-6789

UPDATE: I've called HBC and they are not aware of this number. THey are going to investigate further... I've also lodged a complaint to Phone Busters on their web site www.recol.ca.Being from Québec I always get communications in french whenever telemarketers call here. This lady asked for me by my first name and spoke in english.

Keep getting a call from this number. I will not answer it. Just shows the number no Id. Looked through the phone listings for area codes and couldn't find it. Also went to the Canada 411 website and did a reversal number and just got a message that I need a valid area code. Don't know where this number is coming from but will not answer it.

I got this call at 8:42pm in Alberta.

Three calls to my Sudbury, ONT phone so far from this number, usually around 10:00 am. They never leave a message and nobody here picks up long distance "Unknown name" calls, so no idea what the calls are about but I agree with "Todd - 1 Feb 2008" about his telemarketing phishing theory.

I've been recieving calls from the 112-345-6789 number as well. I just received one not too long ago.

Got a hang up call, no message left, hit * 69 and got 112 345 6789.I believe 1 then 12 is long distance and 12 is for England?What kind of scams are these?Hate these scammers, we pay enough for phone bills, and unlist our numbers, why can't they be stopped?

I also live in Ontario, Canada.

They've just called again. March 6th 10:02, I answered this time and apparently it's HBC selling a long distance plan and I told her I'm not interested. I've asked her about the phone number and she said a lot people inquire about this and her answer was that it's because it's an automated dialer number, and not to worry about it. I don't think we should NOT worry about it though seeing how it can not be traced. I will contact HBC to verify this.

I received a call from 1123456789 number today, I didn't pick up the phone but they didn't leave a message. this is very weird, guys! I live in london, ontario and also something strange is some companies call and ask for BOB all the time and there is no BOB living here! gosh I am sick of these sick ***

I live in Montreal and I got a call from 112-345-6789. The phone rang and I did not have time to pick up the phone. I don't know who called and why it called. This sounds suspicious as the NPA 112 is not an area code that I know of.

5:22 pm March 3 2008.No-one on the line, hung up.

Just got a call from this number It was a woman with a heavy accent, said she was calling from Sears about long distance program.
