Just got a call from 112-345-6789 at 8:20 p.m. I live in Winnipeg. I subscribe to Shaw phone and they have free call block. Once I answered the phone and they hung up on me....I simply blocked them by dialing *60 and then #01#. This blocks the last incoming call. (Shaw subscribers only) Great feature.....no more annoying calls from these idiots!

I just got a call from this number on my Cel Phone (Vancouver, BC)So of course i call the number back and this is the auto-message that played:"you have reached 2123456789. This is a non working number. We have been informed that someone has been using this number as a false caller ID and making calls to Canadian Residents seeking personal information. We have reported this to the authorities. If u have received such a call plz contact phone busters at 8884958501 to report this incidence & for assitance. thank you"

It was a telemarketer from Hudson Bay Co.My number is unlisted, but I get these calls all the time.

I live outside Montreal and I got the same number on my call display (112-345-6789) at 3:45 today march 5th and yesterday march 4th at 3:53. I've been getting close to 23 new calls a day for the past month and most of them come from unidentified callers. I don't answer anymore unless I know who the caller is. It's too frustrating. I work from home and hear the phone ring from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. I'm going completely crazy. We're in the Fund Rasing season it seems and everyone is calling. Who's giving them our phone numbers?????

Ok a little update. I called the authorites and was given a toll free number for Phone Busters who can verify if a number is legit. The web addy is phonebusters.com. I'm going there now, it's kinda freaky when something like this happens.

I just received a call from this number and waited for a response when I said hello, there was none so I hung up and checked the call display.

I am from Ontario and I have received a number of calls from 112-345-6789 and different nights... the last time was tonight Feb 22 at 8:30pm, thought the number was weird and decided to look it up. I have never answered any of the calls and they haven't left any messages

Got a call from this number tonight. Guy heavy with a heavy East Indian accent, said he was calling from Primus. Supposedly signed me up for their long distance. Only info I was asked for was a confirmation of my address ( which was an old one and thus wrong ), and date of birth. Never asked for SIN or bank info. But I'm wondering whats going on. The guy gave an employee i.d. number, which of course

I just got a call at 9pm here in BC and the person asked my wife for me when asked howwould be calling atthis time he sead sorry and hung up. He had aheavy acsent.

I Live in New Brunswick Jan 31/08 & Feb 4/08 & Feb.08/08 about 1:30pm 1st & 2nd time nobody home also no message 3nd time I answerd & he asked for my wife Georgina, said she's not home & he said he will call back & he hung up??? very heavey acsent, very werid number???
