I received a call from 11245781473 from an obvious busy call center. The women said that she was from Windows and she wanted to let me know about a virus that may have affected my PC. I told her that I taped the conversation and would report it to the Local and Federal authorities. She laughed and said "Go ahead and wast my time" I than hung up on her.
