I received an electronic voice-mail message, from a machine telling me that this call is a final notice, the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. They never said my name or the last 4 digits of my social security number! I never received letters in the mail from the IRS either?! When I called the number back I got a blank voice-mail box?!
