Recieved call at 1945hrs on Saturday 12th March 2011 from 24/7 PC Help who said we had highly junk corrupted filed & spuware & malware on our computer that they were 'monitoring'. Said we had to get rid of it or our computer would crash & they could do it. Got very frustrated when I would not follow their prompts to type 'cmd' or 'inf' into the Run box. Very insistent also, as rang back again after we hung up the first time. Hung up again.

Caller was trying to get into my computer saying that he is calling on behalf of Microsoft and there is a virus in it. He sounded indian but had an american name.
