I receive daily text messages from lz7@urdoc.us claiming I need to confirm my doctor's appointment. I have no appointments and I am trying to make a complaint to the FCC since I'm on the DoNotCall list.

I received a text from this number from the theft that stole $3000. He said he is trying to make it right with me and deal with his stupidity. I do not know who sent it and I need to know so I can recover my $3000.00 usd. An IP address or a name would be helpful
It claimed my credit card had been blocked and I would need to call one of 2 numbers to have it unblocked
