Said his name was Adam calling from Tech Support and they were getting reports that there were problems with my computer (for the second time in two weeks). That was as far as I let him get, I told him the same thing I told him last week, that I didn't need any help and hung up.

Jerk hung up when questioned about scam phone call

I got the call today. I also played Adam along for a short time, then told him I knew this was a scam - he hung up.

Caller said his name was "Adam" was calling from Tech Support that I was having problems with Windows on my computer. I already knew it was a scam because my sister went through the same thing not to long ago. So just to irritate him, I played along with him and let him think I was doing as I was asked for about 10 minutes. It was at that point I made mention "It's a good thing I'm recording this so if it happens again I won't need tech support" - he called me a a$$hole and then hung up. LOL
