Claimed they needed to access my computer remotely.
Blocked...SHOWS UP ANYWAY
?????
It was listed on my caller ID as TEXAS CALL.
A woman asked me about my computer and if I was the primary user. I said, "We all use it equally." Then she hung up. It was fairly clear that english was not her first language.
Have been receiving these calls from 21-000-0000. when I try to call them back, it is a non-working number. Yesterday, I went ahead and answered. They asked for me and I asked "who is calling please?" They told me Publisher's Clearing House. To which I responded, "why is your number blocked?" I forgot what the response was, but I asked a second time, "why is your number blocked?"....at this point they hung up. I do believe it is a scam call. Publisher's Clearing House? Get real.....they'll knock on your door and SURPRISE YOU with cameras and all. You ask what country code, but USA isn't listed. Since it was a 210 area code (Texas), I presume it was good old US of A.
