They called here. I knew it was a SCAM. Called them at the number provided. He asked for my name and I would not give it. He then called me by my name and asked me if this was my name. I told him that the IRS has my name and if they have something to tell me they need to write me a letter. 2nd call in 2 days

With the technology we have these days why can't these asswipes be stopped and prosecuted / I'm so tired of peoples rights of privacy letting other people suffer because of these frickin laws / Oh well I'm only one person and that's just my opinion / Sorry for complaining / I guess I'll just keep putting up with these scam artists asswipes......................

This number called me and gave the call back number as (347)-478-5055. They said they have filed a law suit against me. No documentation, however.

We just got one of those recorded messages telling us that there was a lawsuit against us from the IRS. First of all I knew this was scam have heard about it for some time now even on the news, and I also know IRS will not call you nor do they sue you they just take you to court, nor would they just say it was an IRS Officer they would leave a name. So guess they will just have to add be to the list of not being dumb enough to fall for their bull.

I know this is a scam. Been getting these calls for more than a year now so I called 347-584-8854 number back. I talked to two men, you can hardly understand their English. Said they were representing the IRS. One was supposed to be the customer service rep who later transferred me to Mike Henry, who is the supervisor after I agreed to pay $2400 today. He wanted me to bring the money to them and don't tell anyone. He asked if I would give him my cell phone# and I would not so he didn't want to go any further.
