Called me twice. Problem is this: The I.R.S. doesn't sue anyone. They just get a court order and take. Period. You will be contacted by mail only if it really is the I.R.S.

This is way too funny, the IRS does not call you. The recording I received sounds like it was made in the basement with the trash compacter running. Phone# 213-141-5163 is bogus the second# 347-584-8854 is also bogus which officer Bla Bla left is no good either. I'll just forward this recording to the IRS.

On 05/18/2016 (W)/Pm, We got a caLL from this number (213)-141-5163 an Automated voice stating that the reason we were receiving their call was because we were LawSuit by US-Fed-IRS. the voice message prompted for us to caLL back @ this Phone#(347)-584-8854 this time !!!

Have received several calls from this number. They state they are the IRS and are filing a lawsuit. Big time scam,the IRS will contact you by mail..not via some robo caller

I get telephone calls from this number and they always state that they have a lawsuit against me and the one problem is I have not filed income tax in over 10 years if this was a true thing IRS does not make telephone calls they will send you a certified letter in the mail. So these people need to be put in jail for fraud. Their can not be that many stupid people in this world that would believe these idiots.

I got many calls from this number in the last few days telling that IRS is filing lawsuit against me. Contact then ASAP.

I did not answer this call because the number is one I didn't know and I let it go into a message as the same old one, I was being sued by the IRS and that I was under investigation and that I needed to call back, which I did not. This is a scam to get you so scared that they only want money sent to them to take care of this !!! Bull.

just received a call from this number saying they are the "IRS" and I must call the number immediately because the "IRS" has filed a 'Law suite" against me!!!! the caller rattled off the phone number so fast that I couldn't get it written down.
