I am getting calls for last several months, please report this to FCC

I have been getting calls from this number 213-141-5163 everyday since February. They say they are with the IRS and have filed a law suit against me. Reported this number to; FCC, FTC, FBI and Attorney Generals office. THIS IS A SCAM AND NEED TO BE CAUGHT.

Got a call and it said: "... trying to reach you. This call is an official final notice from Internal Revenue Services. The reason for the call is to inform you the IRS has filed a lawsuit against you. For more information call immediately our IRS Department number (347) 418-0574. I repeat (347) 418-0574."

Their message: A cut and paste ROBO Call.

Their message: A cut and paste ROBO Call.

They called two days in a row now, sounded like a pre-recorded voice, officer from the IRS, filed a lawsuit against us....What a scam....Gave us a call back number, but Caller ID has it in Los Angeles area......213-141-5163.

A recorded message comes on a man's voice says he's an officer with the Internal Revenue Service saying if I do not call back immediately they will take legal action against me. Well I do not owe the IRS any money.

This caller ID was listed. It was a prerecorded message saying they were the "Internal Revenue Services" and that they had filed a lawsuit against me. This was my final notice and to call their department at the "Internal Revenue Services" at 347-980-7680
SCAM! They don't even have the IRS' name right!

IRS AGENT had been trying to get a hold of me. Lawsuit being filed against me. Call Dept3 first number given 479-807-680 not enough numbers 2 nd # 347-980-7680 Caller #213-141-5163 what can be done to stop this?
