Fake IRS agents rates this is my last chance.lawsuit will be filed.calls my cell phone. Constantly

Rec'd robo call at 9:41 a.m. PDT. Caller ID "Name Unavailable." Caller identified himself as Internal Revenue Services and stated IRS was filing a law suit against me and that I should call 510-201-0058 immediately. I had received such a call several times before from other numbers and recognized that it was a scam so did not respond. These phone numbers should be shut down.

just called here with the same tired message. I know better.

The first call I got of this type said they wanted to make sure I was home so they could serve me papers... Yeah, right. If I were guilty, I'd run like the dickens. Nobody tells you they are going to serve papers on you.

I feel sorry for the poor folks that believe this tripe.

Recd call from this number stating and threatening law suit from the IRS, they call
daily and harass me. Threatening and harassing. left a call back number as
209 9975 7270, which is too many numbers. They were reported to Time Warner Cable.
Consumer Reports states the IRS does not call people on the phone, they contact you
by mail only.

rec'd a recorded call from name unknown, Caller Id showed number 213 141 5163 and was told to call another number because of a lawsuit pending. I am a Cancer patient under chemo and radiation treatments, I do not need additional stress in my life. I have blocked this number. These callers are scam artist. They need to be stopped or a lawsuit should be against them.

got the call; kept calling them back and shooting holes in their story, until they blocked my call...round one to me!

Block this caller--it's a scam.

Received call this morning from the "robot" telling me that IRS had filed a lawsuit against me and to call another number back.....REALLY....I pay my taxes.

I received a call from 1-213-141-5163; my display indicated "Name Not Found". After saying "hello", I got a recorded message saying that the call was from the IRS, that they had filed a lawsuit against me and indicated that I should call back to extension 5095370491...and then repeated the extension number...it could be a phone number but they indicated extension in the message. I know these kinds of calls are fraudulent scams but some out there could be fooled and lose money.

same thing here.. some guy called and left a message that there was a suit against me from IRS... and that I had to call them back at this # ASAP: 509.537.0491.
