Just received call from this number, the IRS lawsuit like other reports.

They are still active and called me today. Same IRS message as others have received. Please stop these scammers.

Scam Artist left message saying from the IRS.

If you listen closely the message says they are with IRS Services (note the "S" on the end) and then go on to say they are launching a lawsuit against us. What scum bags - how can they be stopped? I keep thinking of elderly folks who would most certainly be worried and immediately call to find out what this is about. These jerks must be shut down!

Got this call three minutes ago. Notified by local district attorney.

received a call from this number 2x this morning-(first time they withheld caller ID but same message as the 2nd time which is this same #) no exchanges that I know of start with 141, so I ignored. Number now blocked.

Agree.l Feds should be persuing these jerks.

caller said that I owed money to IRS and they would sue if I did not pay. very threatening voice but obviously a scam.

IRS Phone Scam, blocked.

Caller id'd this number. the number they left to return a call to was (014)600-0202. Both numbers show up online as a IRS scam. Message stated a lawsuit was filed and that his was the final notice.

They just called me. I answered and they said "Hello this is the IRS" and I hung up as the same thing happened to me one year ago and I also know another person who was scammed by these people.

Jan20, 2016: Received two messages (Jan 19 and 20) from 213 141-5163 auto dial. Computer generated voice said it was a final notice from the Internal Revenue Service about a lawsuit that the IRS was filing against me. The message indicated that I must call 520 955-6201 to resolve the matter. I decided to call them, (for fun) and a man claiming to be officer Gray answered speaking in a heavy east Indian accent. When I told him I had been contacted about an IRS matter he was able to quickly cross reference my telephone number with his database containing my home address. Upon hearing his accent I responded with my own fairly convincing east Indian accent. He started the explain the severity of my problem and I acted very concerned while he went on. I then asked him if he could provide me with some birdy num nums. Apparently he had not seen the Peter Sellers classic "The Party" and we began a 2 minute conversation on what birdy num nums were. I ended the call by asking Mr Gray to call me back after he had seen "The Party" and we could discuss further.

Robocall stating they are an Official from the IRS who has filed a lawsuit against me and I need to call (209) 753-4370 immediately--THIS IS A SCAM AS THE IRS DOES NOT CALL ANYONE!!!! EVER!!!!

It's a Scam, this happened to us about 6 mo's ago, now they are calling again, just don't call the number they give you.

They Called twice about IRS lawsuit ... do they ever stop? Tried to block but can't because the number is invalid ...
