They called and said the irs would be filing a lawsuit against us and to call this number back. 213 141-5163. They asked me to call a number back. Scam!!

Received this scam call at lease twice in the last two weeks

They left a voice mail stating that the IRS is suing me. They then mumbled some numbers which i believe to be the case #. They also said that they have tried to contact me many times before. I checked our call log and today is the only time we received a call from this number.

Just got a call from 213-141-5163 and they told my husband they had filed a lawsuit against us because we had not replied to their request for personal information and to call them back. I don't think so.......

Called cell phone. A man said IRS has filed a lawsuit and advise me to call a number 098134131. Why IRS is not doing any thing about this. These people need to be busted.
