They requested my credit card information in order to "reduce my interest rate."

Credit card from "Card member services". CallerID was masked as 215-000-0000.
When I inquired as to their real telephone number, I was told that I could not have it.
When I mentioned the do not call registry, I was told, "Fuck you and dog fuck you".
I am still shaking with rage. This needs to stop and be actioned immediately.
