I just got a call from this number. Person was "Kathy" from us government grants. She had a thick Indian/Pakistani accent, after about 10 seconds my phone line went dead. This is very obviously a scam, beware everyone

they said the government was gonna just gonna give me 9000.00$ they asked for my debit card number, i knew it was a scam , the female had a thick asian or middle east accent. and told me to call (202-657-5337)

some woman called and told me that i going to get $ 8000 ifrom usa goberment i tell her why. tranfer me to some one speak spanich and she did but the person hang up 8\ 7 2015

Female caller with a heavy foreign accent. ID herself with the US Govt. Grant and told me I was eligible for $8000 which i don't have to pay back . I told her thats the problem with Govt. they are always giving away my tax money foolishly to which she hung up.

called and wanted to offer a government check for $1000, and tried to set up for me to receive it through Walmart stores

Says you are being given a Federal Grant and trying to setup the process to receive the funds. Saying you didn't need to apply. Can clearly hear background noise as well.

when I answered, they hung up and then when I called the number back, it said " your T-Mobile acct. does not have enough funds to complete this call. you must renew your plan or refill your acct to complete this call " I knew this was bogus because I have unlimited. Called T-Mobile anyway just to check...My plan was not fund-less

Called and offered me $9000 as grant for my good credit. said I can use it for anything - but not for drugs, alcohol or gambling! I asked the name of the Govt program that is giving away free money to the public - and he couldn't answer. I hung up.
