A guy with an accent said he was calling about my prescriptions with a Canadian pharmacy. When I said we had no business w/ a Canadian pharmacy, he hung up.

Guy with strong accent called and said that I was being issued a grant of $9000 and that I would not have to pay it back. Funny thing is that he said he was calling from the Federal Government. However, if they watched the news or worked for the Federal Government like I do, they would know that there is not money out there to just give away to American. We only give it to other countries. I asked how he got my number and he hung up. STRANGE people

Note: Due to this stuff getting worse with NO support from our phone companies and government, keep a cheap recorder by your phone or with in reach, if you don't have the capability to record.

---Received call, very heavy accent, listen to the bull, then told him to send ME a pre-approved Visa card with the amount on it, otherwise your a bull crap spam caller. This caught him off guard and he had to regroup. Then I said I have your voice print and number let me check you out. If your bull maybe Obama can make use of his drone crazy idea's for something good and zone in on your butt. End of call----- Now, that would be good use of the tax payers money rather than his families multi-million dollar vacations which would buy our military a lot of support equipment and ammo.
So, try to get the voice prints of these people and maybe someone in Washington DC with some backbone can make use of them.

No name given; man with very heavy accent said he was calling for a government agency that administered "free grants" and started going into a pitch. I told him that I do not accept phone solicitations and started to ask how he got my mobile number--he let loose some extremely, um, "colorful" language. I hung up. Not only was he EXTREMELY offensive, not everyone has an unlimited plan; these calls cost some of us money!

Received call today from man that could hardly speak English offering a $9000.00 federal grant. But he said I could use money for anything I wanted but only stipulation was I could not use money for any "wrong doings". I thought that part was comical. He said after I agree to receive the money he would transfer my call to the treasury dept so I could give my bank information for money to be sent and I told him that there is no way in hell I would give my bank account info out over phone to anyone. But he assured me that I had nothing to worry about because he worked for the federal government and the government would not misuse my information. I laughed very loud in the phone as I told him to not call me back as I was pushing the end button in my phone. Douche bag scammers could at least get someone that could speak English enough to be convincing.
