Very scratchy message. It was a real person. Something to do with internet or home PC. Can't get through as operator cuts in(automated) and saya check with phone company.

I answered the call, but heard loud background noise, said hello twice, they hung up. when i called them back the number is listed as disconected or no longer in service.
