Called by a "Jennifer Wilson" who had a distinct accent, from either the "National Insurance" something or the "American Insurance" something. Told her she had woken me up, and that I was on the DNC, and hung up.
I got a call from this number. I asked to be taken off of their call list, and he said that I should let him tell me what he was calling about becuase I would be very happy. So I did and he said that I had won a new car. I told him I didn't believe him and asked him how I was signe dup for this raffle in the first place and he just said I had fille dout a card at walmart (which I have not done). A few seconds later the line was disconnected.
When I tried to call back a recording saying it was verizon indicated the number was not in service.
This number called at 11:50pm, and when I answered they hung up. They called before and I spoke to a woman named Jackie (with a foreign accent) and she said something about car insurance. I told her I was on the NO CALL list and she ignored me and continued with her pitch. I told her I wasn't interested and please take me off the list. I noticed they called one time after that when I wasn't home, and then again LATE. I've sent two complaints since I'm on the NO CALL list, but the number isn't a working number so I'm not sure how they can help. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
This number has called my house many many times asking for a person i never heard of. I have told them every time there is no such person and to stop calling. I have also asked to speak to a supervisor and they hang up on me. The call me late at night and wake my kids up. Telemarketers are not supposed to be calling passed 9pm and no more than 3 times a day. I have filed a complaint with the FCC.
We get calls from this number in the middle of the night. When we call the number back, it says it's not in service.
