They offer to reduce my interest rates on credit cards and then ask for ALL my personal information including my credit card information. They will not tell you the company name or contact information and when you start asking these types of questions they hang up on you. The crazy thing is they call you back the next day with the same call.

Attempted to reach a rep, but after pressing #2, kept getting a ring for maybe 15 times, then the call hung up.
