calls every hour puts me on hold for next agent 5 min nobody

Called me at 11:26 pm on a Tuesday evening 1-28-14. I did not answer because I was asleep. What kind of company calls that late?

Caller hung up before I could answer. I, of course, will never answer. I don't like to be harassed with crap calls.
