I got a call on my cell from this number this afternoon. I did not answer; they left no message. In the past couple of weeks, I have received three calls from various numbers in different Caribbean locations. The first one had news reports about it being a scam to hit your phone bill with outrageous costs that go to the scammer; I strongly suspect the others were made with the same intent. Sounds like we might be having to deal with this for a while. I echo the above observations and advise everyone to not answer the phone if you don't recognize the caller ID.
