They want to reduce my credit card rates. They request I enter number "1" to speak to someone. No option is available to ask to be removed from their calling list. These people have been repeat offenders on all my phones.

I have received more than 500 "lower your credit card interest rate" calls on my unlisted - Do Not Call registered cell phone. They are now calling 4 to 5 times per day. These calls have been increasing ever since the FCC has taken action against the 9 robocall spammers.
Slapping them with a fine that they do not have to pay isn't going to deter them at all. You need to go after them in CRIMINAL court for the advance fee fraud and the identity theft.

Says they are discover card services but hang up when trying to explain you are on do not call list.

Pre-recorded message that said I could lower my interest rate on my credit. I do not have any credit cards. So I waited on the line to speak with somebody. When the operator answered, I said, "May I have your name please?" She hesitated and then said, "Hilary Clinton bitch." My husband and I receive these calls several times a month and we are both on the DNC Registry. I did not save the other calls so I cannot elaborate other dates and times in #5 below.
