Lower interest rate on American Express. They started with "Don't Hang UP" and claimed to be American Express. So I pressed '1' as instructed and got a live caller. Asked if she worked for American Express and she rudely said "We work WITH them and many others" and said she was calling from "Card Servies." I asked her to take me off her list and she yelled that it wasn't the complaint department and then hung up on me. I get these calls EVERY SINGLE DAY- always from a different number. When I try to call back, Verizon (my wireless carrier) says the number has been changed. I'm so tired of being hassled.

I Receive regular calls from this scam, which I never answer -- Numbers are spoofed (Not real). Best defense is to use caller ID and just ignore all calls you don't recognize, and let them roll to voicemail. The Do Not Call registry is not effective against telephone scams, only works for legitimate telemarketers.

The company claims to be able to lower your credit card rates if you owe more that 5 thousand dollars in credit card debit. The company also claims it is your last chance to take advantage of this special offer.

I reported them to the Do Not Call Registery. I am on the Do Not Call Registery. I registered a complaint against this phone number at the Do Not Call Registery at: 1-888-382-1222. Each time they call they have to pay a fine to the government.

Also, if they are asked not to call again, they no longer can call again, either, even if I did business with them. I never did any buisness with them, either.

This company will get fined until the phone calls stop. I do not care who's phone number is calling illegally. If it does not stop, the owner of this phone number will have big fines to pay.
