I got a call at 8:49am on 9/30/2013 by a man saying he was from Microsoft and that I needed to turn my computer on when I asked him how I would know that he was because the number came up as unavailable he told me to do what he said when I questioned him again he to me to shut up do it which I then hung up on him. He never gave his name and sounded like he was from India.

caller steated that he had a report that my computer was going to crash immediately so he advised me to go to my computer and he would walk me through the process to save my computer from crashing. I never did get a name or anything... he possibly tried to give me his name, but I could not understand him through the thick Indian accent...

I answered the call; a person with a very strong Asian accent speaking English spoke live and said he was calling from Microsoft Windows, that I was "unaware that my computer was receiving harmful downloaded material" and he was "calling to help me resolve the problem". I became fearful of this caller, and I inquired what his phone number was. The caller then hung up the phone.

Oriental person mentioned Microsoft. I said I was on the Do Not Call list. She stated that I would keep getting calls from them anyway.

They claimed to be Microsoft and said they got reports from my computer had you look at logs on your computer that shows errors (*they all do) and then tries to get you to buy their stuff. All lies.. when I asked for a callback they hung up. Clearly an Indian accent.

the person had a heavy accent, and all I could understand was "microsoft". I asked if I had requested the person to call, and he said no. I asked if he was selling something, and he hung up.

Caller represented himself as Microsoft rep and I had a virus; told me to turn on my PC and he would guide me through the steps to remove the virus. (PS: I have a Mac.) I told him to stop the scam and he told me to go to hell; I responded with some foul language, as well. This is the second time in a week these fools have called me. I do not recall the exact date and time, but could go through my phone records if necessary.
