"Alex" from this number has called repeatedly claiming that I'm eligible for a student loan forgiveness program. Concerned that I received an email from FSA just minutes after hanging up this morning. It was in response to a request to reset my password, that I didn't make. Be sure to call 1-800-433-3243 and report this if it happens to you.

Glad I added this number to my "REJECTED CALL" option on my cell....I smile every time I shows up as Rejected !!

repeated calls, any time of day- even before and past allowed times per federal guidelines. all robo-calls. on callback one can not reach the number, if one catches the caller they are all Asian accented people speaking about....studentloan debt...claiming one has qualified- even if never tried to qualify for anything!!!

Received a call at 9:55pm. A foreign man asked for my first name only and advised me that I owed student loans. I told him I have never had student loans and asked him to verify a last name/last 4 SS#-I would not give to him. He mumbked something but would not confirm. I advised him that according to the FDCPA, it is against federal and state laws to call my phone after 9:00pm in my time zone and to Cease and Desist all communications to my phone. He said OK, thank you. I would like the address to this phone # as when I call it back, a recording says its an invalid #/

called daily since 07-07-16, don't remove from auto dialer, don't care that calls are harassing and in violn of federal laws and guidelines

Mumbled said a random name. I told him he had the wrong number and he continued to ask for the same person. They call at least 2 times a day.

This number calls my cell phone 15 times per day, sometimes 5 times in 5 minutes. I answered once a while back and they said it was about student loan.

Not sure what this man was saying something about my computer license being suspended for ever!!! So weird but it don't sound right!

An Asian man called our house at 10:30, asking for the license # for my computer...lol. My husband told him to kick rocks.

Called about student loan forgiveness. I was approved for a 75 percent reduction in my student loans. Wanted all kinds of personal financial information. Finally hung up

Claiming to be Microsoft and that your computer has been hacked. They are asking for access to your computer.

They are now calling as Microsoft telling you that your Mac has been hacked and being used for illegal purposes. He claimed that he will shut down my security id and license tomorrow after I accused him of trying to scam me

they claimed that multiple ppl were using my computer network in China and that they were calling behalf of microsoft and wanted to give me my customer id.

Call several times. You tell them you do not wish to have them call anymore and they still do.
