Help with reenrolling in school or student loan rates

I got a phone call tonight and the male caller was asking me about if I was interested in enrolling in school. When i told him i wasnt interested he then asked me if i was interested in paying off my student loans. I again told hime I was not interested, and to please do not contact me again. His next questions freaked me out. He then asked me if i wanted to "do" him. When i said excuse me, he asked if i wanted to go out on a date with him. I then hung up on him. I was very disturbed. Please do something about this caller!!!

They talk about making money with credit cards or about me paying money for school. As soon as I start explaining how many times they call and asking who they are, what their company name is, that I get up to 20 calls per day, I ask how I can get these calls to stop, and ask that they put me on their do not call list: it is at that point that their entire personality changes and they become insulting, vulgar, and it is clear who they really are and that they are fake. Only a fake company that is involved with something criminal would be so rude, offensive, and vulgar to a person that is being nothing but respectful and nice to them.

I get multiple calls per day. Unknown Name shows on caller ID. Won't leave a message and when I answer they hang up. I am so tired of this, it is aggravating to the Nth degree. I have put my number on the "Do Not Call" list. However, it continues, that list is absolutely useless. I can't put but so many numbers on my caller rejection service. DO SOMETHING.
