i got a call from this number today Ronald Stetson(who had very thick Indian accent) said he was from United Stated Government grant and I had been selected to receive free grant money based on a demographic research that was done in my area in December. He said he would provide some type of money verification code and a phone number for me to call to claim the money but needed to verify some information. I told him I wasnt verifying any information but if he would give me all the information I needed I would call back to make sure it was something legit. He gave me some information but wouldnt give a phone number so I hung up.

never leaves a mess, how do these people get our numbers needs to stop

somebody keeps calling me from #368-220-5855 not saying a word. Do they make money this way?! I want to stop it

Called me on my cell phone at 7:34 am local Pacific time zone and hung up after 6 seconds without saying a word.
