hangs up....who is this ???
Caller with a heavy Indian/African accent keeps calling telling me we have spyware on our computesr. Is obviously a scam. How do they know what is on our computer? Have asked them to call and they just hang up and keep calling every day. About to file a report with the better business bureau and with the phone company. I have asked them to take us off the list and keep calling. Each person has a heavy accent so I am convinced that they are calling from another country. They never pronounce my name correctly.
Caller was from India - wanted to fix my computer - when asked if this was Microsoft calling he replied yes. It said the "it has been noticed that for the last several week that I had been downloading bad programs and viruses." Be cautious - another spammer - phisher looking to screw up someone's life.
