I just got called by that number. The caller hung up after I said hello a couple of times

I meant to say they called a second time for two straight evenings in a row and hung up when I answered

Called me for the second time in the evening and hung up after I answered. They listened to me say 'hello' a couple of times then without saying anything just hung up
