I'm assuming it was an advertisement, because it included a link to a bit.ly short code link. Safari on my mac and anti-malware software confirmed site pointed to suspected phishing site. I did not investigate further.

They send a text message saying "Because of repeated and unsuccessful attempts to withdraw cash on your credit card we had to block the account. Please call 1-919-481-9115 to reactivate."
If you call the number, it's all "electronically generated" voices;' they tell you no live person will talk to you, and then ask for your "credit card number".
I do not have credit cards. Yet there are some people who might think this legitimate and give details. I would never ever ever trust something I couldn't text back or call and speak to a live person.
